As a responsible operator we safely remove all animal droppings in compliance with the Dogs (Fouling of Land) Act 1996. We all would love to be able to walk around our beautiful countryside without fear of bringing home something nasty on the bottom of our shoes. Rest assured Dog Trekker do not add to this problem. In fact if we com across any not so nice stuff that has not been contributed to by the dogs in our care, it shall be removed in the correct manner.

 

 

Behaviour

 

As a dog walker I expect good behaviour from the dogs that I walk. Heading out to a walk dogs are kept on a lead and encouraged to walk at my side, no extending leads will be used at this stage, extending leads are only used when up on the fields if the dog is not to be let off, they can then mooch, sniff and play.

 

Aggressive behaviour towards other dogs needs be addressed if you wish them to go on walks with the pack. If your dog does suffer with these issues then thats where training comes in, if it is too severe for me to deal with then I will offer a referral to another trainer who will need to use stronger methods.
