Dog trekker is owned and ran by myself, Sherry. I have 2 labs Oban and Kaiser they are half brothers and are 5 years old.

I am also a mum of 2, Harrison 14 and Poem 8.

I have a love for the great outdoors and a love for dogs, so after 22 years as a beauty therapist I decided to change my career path, pull out the boots and combine my two loves so retrained in training, grooming and canine care and worked in a canine centre before going solo. Dog trekker was born!

Health and wellbeing are paramount to our dogs' longevity and happiness. Walking and playing keep them in tip top condition physically and mentally. I have brought 22 years of experience in nutrition and fitness and combined it with my mission statement for Dog Trekker (to provide professional, stimulating walks and services to our canine companions) and linking with professional services like Oscar foods and Alsager Vetinary Centre to ensure that the service you and your dog receive is THE BEST.

Registered with Narps UK which is one of the UK's leading organisations for dog walking and petsitting. Dog trekker is fully insured and CRB checked. I am the only key holder so you can be assured that your security is fully protected.

All customers will receive a no obligation consultation and our dogs have their own journal so we can communicate with owners. Its also fun to watch your dogs enjoying their daily walks on facebook.

I do prefer to walk dogs off lead so that they can sniff, play and run in the countryside, it depends on recall. Walks take place over the fields of Radway, Astbury, Brereton and wherever else we fancy!

On muddy days we may stick to road walking. Your dogs come back clean and worn out! and most importantly HAPPY.
